This policy explains how Technologies Servicr S.E.N.C. (English name: Servicr Technologies G.P.; trade name: Servicr) (“Servicr”, “we”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information, in accordance with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by “Law 25”, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect
- Waitlist and contact: your name, work email, company, trade, team size, province or state and, optionally, the software you use today; your consent record (the consent text, date and time, and a hashed network identifier).
- Servicr customers (businesses using the app): account details of users (name, email, phone, role) and billing information.
- Data our customers enter about their own clients (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, job and invoice history, job photos, messages and, when the customer turns these features on, call recordings and transcripts). For this data, Servicr acts as a service provider on the customer’s behalf; the customer decides why and how it is used.
- Technical data: cookieless, aggregate analytics about page visits on servicr.com. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We do not sell personal information.
- To manage the waitlist and tell you about early access and the launch, when you have consented.
- To provide, secure and support the Servicr service, including sending the transactional emails and text messages our customers configure.
- To comply with our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting).
Text messages (SMS) and mobile information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to send the messages you or the business you deal with requested (for example, appointment reminders, “on my way” notices, invoices and receipts). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or ARRET) to opt out at any time, and HELP (or AIDE) for help. See our Messaging Policy and how clients opt in.
Our SMS provider (Twilio) processes these messages only to deliver them on our behalf.
Service email, such as confirmations, invoices, receipts, appointment reminders and account notices, is sent because of a request or transaction by you or by the business you deal with.
Marketing email, such as a business’s seasonal service campaign or our own launch news, is sent only with the consent required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email identifies the sender and has an unsubscribe link that works in one click; we honour it right away.
Businesses using Servicr may email only their own clients and may never use purchased, rented or scraped lists. Addresses that bounce or report spam are automatically suppressed.
Service providers
We share personal information only with providers that help us operate, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our purposes:
- Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database, file storage, authentication)
- Google Gemini (artificial intelligence features, such as answering calls after hours and explaining invoices) and Google Maps (addresses, maps and routes)
- Resend and Amazon Web Services (email delivery)
- Twilio (text messages, calls, call recordings and transcripts)
- Stripe (payment processing, for customers who accept card payments)
- Cloudflare (security and cookieless website analytics)
- Sentry (application error reports)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all the sharing above and will not be shared with any third parties. Twilio receives only the phone number and message content it needs to deliver each text.
Where information is stored
Our primary database and its backups are hosted in Montréal, Canada (Google Cloud northamerica-northeast1). The app’s files (such as job photos) and its servers are in the United States (Google Cloud), and some providers also process information in the United States. Before communicating information outside Québec, we assess whether it will receive adequate protection, as required by Law 25.
Retention
Waitlist information is kept until the launch and for up to 24 months after, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Consent records are kept as long as needed to prove consent. Customer data is kept for the duration of the customer’s account and deleted or returned on request when the account ends, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, ask that it be deleted, ask for it in a structured, commonly used technological format, and file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. Write to privacy@servicr.com; we answer within 30 days.
If your information was entered by a business that uses Servicr (for example, your irrigation or HVAC company), please contact that business first; we will help them respond.
Security and incidents
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and least-privilege permissions. We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will promptly notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people affected.
Children
Servicr is a business service and is not directed to people under 14.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new date, and notify customers of material changes.
